  1. I think you are at a good weight now, you dont need to get too much bigger. You can exercise while remaining chubby, and you will most likely be fine medically speaking. It's when you start going past ~250+ that gainers (or anybody for that matter) should start worrying about their health and well-being unless they are extremely atheletic. Around that weight is where your heart can be under undue stress due to having to circulate blood to all of those extra miles of blood vessels that form due to the extra fatcells that need feeding.

    For those of you saying tl;dr, I'm suggesting the old rule "if it harm none, do what ye will"
