It involves a girl getting a job at a restaurant/diner and subsequantly gains weight and swells up looking very pregnant as a result of her overindulgence in the establishment's food, more so than the other waitresses, but instead of growing entirely with fat she is storing an unusual, creamy liquid (no, not THAT creamy liquid) which she has to expel towards the end of the story.
