3 years between both pics. Then and now. And it took me 3 years to gain up to my before pic. Why is it so hard 😭

Ale was hopeless. She had tried everything she could to make a dent in her weight for years but nothing seemed to stick, or rather, everything seemed to stick. That was her problem. Ale wasn’t stupid. She knew that with a careful diet and diligent exercise she should be able to cut down the extra adipose that had encased her body and added extra padding to her perpetually round stature. Recognizing that she was never likely to go and workout after the work day, Ale had dragged herself out of bed in the early hours of the morning to get to the nearly empty gym before the morning rush. While she would pretend that it was mostly to get a jump start on her day, in truth, it was to avoid the scrutinizing eye of all of those other patrons who frequented the gym. Even the early morning gym goers were usually still not up and out the door to the gym for another thirty minutes, which meant that Ale usually had most of the place to herself. Usually, however, was not always and it was with great surprise that Ale was shocked to see another woman working out at the same time as her on that fateful early morning. Working out, in truth, was a generous term for Ale’s 30 minutes of walking and light weights before hitting the showers as she dripped with sweat. That day, however, Ale couldn’t help but admire this young woman’s incredible physique and even more impressive gym routine as she squatted almost Ale’s full weight on the squat rack, ripped some lightning fast intervals on the treadmill and did an ab routine that would have even made Ale’s fat sore. As Ale began winding down her own fitness routine, she noticed the other young woman effortlessly glide into the locker room just ahead of her and a slight hint of excitement ran through Ale at the chance of getting to see this impressive woman up close. Waddling into the locker room and down the tiled hallway, Ale turned the corner to find the young woman holding her phone up to the full size mirror and snapping some varying sexy fitness poses. With a chance to finally examine her up close instead of through the gym mirror, Ale looked on enviously at the positively stunning woman before her. In truth, she hardly had any idea what she was doing at the gym other than burning a few calories. “Honestly, just keep at it every day. It took me years to get a body like this so be patient, you won’t transform into someone like me in a day,” she joked, causing her chest to bounce with each laugh, showcasing a marginal softness to her impressive chest. “I wish I could. I’ve been stuck like this for years,” Ale stated dejectedly. “Well at least you are trying…” Sofia remarked as she undid her bra, her now naked breasts bouncing ever so slightly down before firmly rebounding into nearly perfect tear drops. “Most people never even step into the gym in the first place. She went over to her locker and reached into her bag, expecting to find a similar bland bra like the one Sofia had donned moments ago. Sofia was rolling her fat fingers through instagram, perusing numerous hunky male models and videos of puppies as Ale approached, admiring how each swipe set off a wave of violent jiggles in the formerly fit beauty and the realization that those hot men would likely now be fully interested in her. “Here let me help you,” Ale responded, reaching out gracefully and grabbing the phone as Sofia graciously relinquished its control. Searching for her own account name on instachat, Ale was shocked when a photo of fit her popped up, along with 99.9K followers. This day was going to be the kick off to her new life, just as Ale had dreamed it would one day be, only instead of years, it had been a single transformative day that would lead to her future success. Thinking back to her conversation with Sofia before the shower as she approached her car, an amusing realization dawned on Ale and a wicked smile spread across her face. Sofia had been right about many things: she had been close to 100K followers, it would have taken Ale years to get into shape like Sofia, and they had needed to hit the showers.
