Well, my boyfriend has decided I am getting far too fat for his taste. I don't see it, but to humor him, I decide to start working out. He tells me to set up a "workout diary" and film myself working out, so I try. The workout I am following is a YouTube 20 Minute full body intense workout. I moan and groan, already hesitant with no idea WHY I even have to be working out. The "guide" gets on the floor and I refuse, instead grabbing a bubbly soda, burping along the way. All this working out has me exhausted and I need some sustenance! I decide to grab a "snack", a McDonalds hamburger. I know my boyfriend will be upset seeing me eat this while working out, but its okay to splurge every now and then, right? At just under seven minutes, I call it quits, exhausted and lazy. I think I turned the camera off but I'm wrong! It continues to roll as I let you in on a little secret... I bought MORE McDonalds, not just a single burger. I have fries and a Big Mac, too! I start eating, clearly in heaven. I talk out loud about how I'm definitely not fat, maybe a bit curvy, but that's it. I then come up with a "master plan" to make this new workout a real thing. I've done a couple of sumo wrestling clips in the past, but now that I'm at my heaviest ever I've been asked to revisit the concept! I'm a little concerned, though -- this is the most out of shape I've ever been! I've been tasked to do some sumo squats and sumo side kicks, which seems easy enough. But once I get started I realize just how hard it is to move my heavy body now. I can't kick as high as I expected and the squats are so hard! My back even starts to hurt halfway through, it's like my body is loudly protesting all of the exercise I'm putting it through! But even so, I push through the pain and give it my best shot -- even if it is pretty pathetic. You get to see a ton of different angles as I kick and squat, and you can hear me getting super out of breath the whole time. Finally, I just can't take it anymore. I give up and sit on the ground in defeat. I've gotten so fat and unfit, and this definitely was an eye opener to just how far I've fallen. I used to be a jock, and now a couple of squats has turned me into a wheezing sweaty mess. Oh well, I think I'll just keep avoiding exercise since it makes me so tired! @Nadya and I decide to hire a coach for weight training. We used to be SO fit and skinny, so we try to get back into it in the hopes that weight training won’t be so hard on our fat bodies. We chose two machines with the lightest weights we can and struggle horribly! We barely even get started before we start heavy breathing and decide maybe we just need to switch machines with each other and then we’ll get into the swing of working out. But, much to our surprise, switching the machines in fact does not help us. Appalled that we aren’t able to do much, we decide to lift weights and try out the elliptical. I bet you can guess that that also did not go well for our fat bodies…we try so hard to do everything our coach told us, but we’re huffing and puffing and while barely moving, breaking a sweat! Nadya even tries to do some squats but it just doesn’t help. We finally “finish”, pushing our bellies together and discussing how disappointed our coach will be. But, oh well. We worked up an appetite, so we choose to finish the workout early and hit the ice cream bar instead! Oops! Excersie, my not so favorite word. I used to be in good shape, I used to go to the gym, I used to not get out of breath so fast. I wanted to see just how out of shape I really am so I put myself to the test today. 💪💪 I was thinking I could start a "Workout with Foxxx" series where I try to test myself with different workouts and see how my endurance is. In this video expect lots of heavy breathing, squats, boxing, wall planks, excersie bike workout ect. I tried my best I really did. The ending is my favorite when I treat myself to a nice massage, all that hard work my poor body needed a little self loving. 💋💋💋$7.99

I'm such a piggy! Got to keep my heart healthy though so I decided to try a bit of exercise. It's been few months so I'm really out of shape. In this video you'll see me work up a sweat doing some stretches and struggling to keep these tight clothes on! I'm jumping, I'm stretching and jiggling all over. You can hear me fighting to catch my breath. I want a healthy heart but I just don't know.....maybe I'll just be a piggy for the rest of my life. Watch and tell me what you think.
