A loose sequel to Denying Mass, commissioned by the same, ingenious anonymous. Shepard and Tali roll in for a friendly visit. *** "Miss T'Soni, the commander's craft just entered the atmosphere. ETA: one hour" informed the blue, luminescent ball as it zipped through the office. "Thank you Glyph, is everything in order?" Liara asked, glancing from her console. "Yes, ma'am. The sealed, living chambers with a controlled environment are set. The tanks with custom, nutrient paste had been sterilized and sealed" confirmed the VI and Lara smiled. "That's good. I'm going to take a shower and head to the landing pad. Prepare fresh clothes and transportation for me. Also, make sure docking goes smoothly" ordered the blue beauty and Glyph obeyed. The asari turned around with the chair to look at the new city that was being built on the garden world. Despite a bit of bitterness, she was very glad at the visit, especially since Shepard and Tali valued their privacy so their calls were limited to audio. And even the Shadow Broker was no match for geth's cyber security. Although she had to wonder why the commander had asked for several hectolitres of high-grade, quarian nutrient paste with extra spices. While it was unusual order, she would be able to get it in most ports. There's no point overthinking it decided Liara, Shepard would explain anyway. She gestured to the humanoid bot, which approached her. With his help and supporting herself on the armrest, the information broker managed to lift herself. Still leaning on the automaton, she began making her way to her living quarters. Why would Liara need assistance in such a simple task as walking on a planet with gravity a tad smaller than on Thessia? Well... first of all, she wasn't walking, but waddling awkwardly. As for why... simple Liara T'Soni was morbidly obese. Even a comfortable muumuu did little to hide her swollen features. Her face was not round and almost twice as wide, supported by a nearly non-existent neck. T'Soni's genes made sure a large percentage of lard had gone to her breast, each roughly size of a middle-sized, stuffed to the brim, camping bag. They rested atop the juicy upper fold of her breast, which was thick as large tires of ancient Earhly automobiles. The second, larger fold was changing past her knees and could easily compete with Mako's tires in terms of width. Hmm... then again it was hard talking about knees as those had been swallowed by krogan's waist-sized barrels of blubber that were her thighs and those were connected to just slightly thinner calves. The asari upper limbs weren't small by any means, her upper arms might have been flatter but were as large as her waist once was and were followed by forearms that could pass for thighs finished by rounded hands and sausages of fingers. Ah... let's not forget about her bottom, comparatively small, and composed of two nearly yoga ball-sized cheeks. How had once nimble scientists transformed into a barely mobile blob? Enough said it had begun once Liara learned of Shepard's... "preferences" *** The Shadow Broker was walking toward the lowering ramp alone. While she felt no shame in using mobility aids, the doctor wanted to present herself the best she could. The doctor couldn't deny the genuine joy when a familiar redhead reached her with a smile. "Hey Liara, you're looking better than ever" Shepard welcomed her and the asari chuckled loudly. "It's good to see you as well, Shepard" When the former spectre embraced her Liara felt better than she had been in months... and the feeling of the muscular woman sinking into her far was most... rewarding. "But where's Tali? She was supposed to come with you?" the doctor asked once the ginger head resurfaced from her bosom. "What are you talking about? She's right here, but I suppose she changed a bit since you last saw her" Liara's forehead furrowed slightly. Why was Shepard pointing to this pile of cargo covered in... purple... "By the Goddess" whispered suddenly pale asari. "She really is something, isn't she" confirmed the human with a wide grin. At first, Liara paid no mind to what she had assumed was a large, hovering platform with cargo covered by a tarpaulin. But then she recognized the colour and pattern, finally - the helmet. As the design, the "bucked" was clearly quarian, but over twice as wide as a normal one, with nothing between it and the rest of the object. Right underneath the helmet sprouted four large lumps, which were roughly oval and laid horizontally on the main mass. Two larger ones, on the front, were about the size of the biggest travelling bags and about a similar shape, if a bit flattered. The remaining ones were on the sides, just a little smaller, but even flatter. Upon closer inspection, they were continued by connected to two thick, misshapen, cylinders - but that was all Liara could ascertain. However, all of this paled in comparison to... the thing that made up most of the cargo and connected all of those - a roughly spherical, soft blob that stretched about so far a human or asari could lay next to it and not reach as far. Liara couldn't think of a bed that could hold this soft mountain, which by itself was as wide as average elcor was long. The smart fabric clung tightly and smoothly to it, hiding finer details, but the asari could swear that even now she could see as it rippled, but not like a water balloon, rather like gelatine. Soon, she noticed this on the entire surface. Then there was something sticking from underneath the mountainous blob, which was resembling two, partially melted, circular containers stacked atop each other - both short and wide. The upper(?) one was wider than elcor's torso, the second one a bit thinner. Their ends were disappearing again under fabric-covered cargo. The asari, at her current position, couldn't say if the second set was on the other side, but she suspected so. The cart was approaching, but Liara had a hard time understanding what she saw, let alone describing, than at the beginning. Even more so, the fat asari suspected what... who was on the hovering platform, but even though Shepard had confirmed it - her mind, that little part of it called "common sense", refused to accept it. "Hey, Liara... It's good to see you" the jiggling cargo spoke slowly in an unmistakable voice and one of the upper limbs wiggled... waved(?) as the platform approached close to them. The tone was deeper and artificially enhanced but Liara would never mistake the owner. "You too Tali, I hope the travel went well" Liara replied, forcing smile on her face and shock to the depths of her mind, with willpower that would make Justicar jealous. "Good, the new ship is a marvel. It's not as big as Normandy, but..." Whatever the quarian(?) wanted to say was interrupted by thunderous rumbling. If not for the visible rippling of the flesh underneath the fabric the asari would assume it was an earthquake. Shepard laughed and with a swift motion fell back into soft flesh, watching her sink into her doughty body was surreal. Tali despite the suit and immobility managed to look embarrassed. "Forgive her. We had to skip lunch because of landing and that's the result" explained the human cheerfully as she bounced on the surface of a car-sized belly. "The drive isn't exactly short, but smooth. If it's just nutrient paste I think there will be no problem" said Liara with a smile, feeling a strange mix of jealousy and most earnest compassion. It was also the first time in a very long time she felt... small... perhaps even thin. "If it's not much of a bother..." mumbled Tali not looking at her host. It was clear she wasn't to interrupt the reunion.. but her hunger was getting the better of her. "It's not. Please, let's go" replied Liara honestly and began waddling toward transport. She also wanted to continue inside it, her legs were killing her. They arrived next to the vehicle(Liara had wondered why Shepard would need such a large travelling space) and loaded Tali in... That realization bogged the doctor's mind. During this operation, she had the opportunity to inspect her frine from every direction, and the barrels on the side were indeed her legs(or had been) and Tali's bottom was appropriately large compared to the rest - with each cheek being much larger than entire volus that were part of the shelf that would make a comfortable bed for a turain. The commander introduced the obese asari to two geth attendants who assisted the mountainous engineer. When Liara landed her own ** rump on the seat, she began to earnestly converse with the ginger woman. Words were flowing freely and it was an honest pleasure to talk honestly with somebody, especially a dear friend. But from the corner of her eye, she was watching Tali - the geth used a folded ramp to reach the helmet and connection the induction **. It was as thick as a power cable and led to a large barrel, which the doctor had assumed was fuel. Soon the creamy substance ruched there to Tali's mouth so quickly, Liara was surprised she wasn't **. Instead, the limps of fat that were her arms moved in motion that resembled belly rub - or rather love handles rub if she had those. And as absorbed the lighter non-human was in conversation with Shepard, she couldn't help but feel a cold sweat on her back, as the level of the paste inside the large barrel was lowering at a horrifyingly fast pace. Suddenly, Liara thought that the truckload of the quarian food she had ordered may not be enough even for a few days. And now she felt really small. *** After the initial meeting, Liara left the pair to settle in their (radically big, hangar-like) quarters. Now, she was waddling through the airlock to visit them, it was fortunate that they were railing almost everywhere in the building. As the obese asari crossed the second door she was greeted by very warm and humid air and a tingle of ionization. Liara passed the short hallway and almost had a second heart attack that bay. Inside a large room was Tali... naked. The enormous blob of purple flesh was bare save what was covered by its own blubber and a few strips of fabric hanging from miniature cranes. Those served to lift some of the mass, mostly the monstrous gut and support the arms. Liara moved her eyes away, despite the strong urge to ogle this living mountain of gluttony, but she had no desire to violate her friend's privacy. This was a mistake as her gaze fell on the fittest person present - Shepard, who was clothed... in a wet bikini and in the process of drying herself. Perhaps some people would be repulsed by scar tissue on the muscular frame, but not Liara... her imagination was coming up with images of several blue children and activities that would make her father swell with pride. With titanic effort, the doctor managed to move her eyes to the wall. "I apologize, I should have called" said Liara loudly and blush on her cheeks to two women who just noticed her presence. "No, no. Sorry, we should be better quests, but we needed to do some cleaning" replied the commander regretfully and rubbed her red locks. Despite the distraction, the blue beauty noticed a set of long brushes and similar devices. Normally she would assume those were old-fashioned cleaning tools... then again it wasn't wrong only those weren't for floors. "Please stay... I'm no xenobiologist, but I'm pretty sure we have... about the same bits. I don't mind" wheezed Tali, this time her voice lacking enhancement, but still lower and quieter. "Are you sure?" asked Liara, her eyes already dangerously close to a purple blob. The immobile quarian couldn't know that her reaction was largely motivated by fear of her own reaction. Sure, she had once seen Tali partially bare, but it was an emergency back on the original Normandy... and several hundred pounds ago. "Yes... I got used to being naked most of the time...*huff*... now I realize how it sounds" With this affirmation, the doctor's resistance crumbled and she looked at her friend. By the goddess She was hit with just how fat she was as if the suit was some mystical curtain. Tali wasn't a member of large species, no, she was a humanoid who had been fattened to be larger and heavier than any other known, sentient species. The quarian's humongous stomach was hard to describe, something akin to a ridiculously thick, smooth tongue of molten lava ending in a slightly deformed sphere with one single hole. As large as Liara was, she was fairly sure she could fit atop it(no, bad image, bad!!!). It did have love handles, large things with lower ones being as thick as elcor's waist and upper ones only about as large as Mako's tires. Atop it laid two enormous breasts. They were so large, their volume could be compared to a volus in the suit. Incredibly, despite gravity fattening them a bit and moving them to the sides of the gut, two monstrous ovals maintained quite a lot of their perky shape. Liara swallowed as she looked at two large, dark purple areolas adorned by two inviting nipples. At the moment it was partially lifted with a large strip of fabric held by a crane( a crane!), so the doctor could confirm that - yes indeed, those large oval shapes were Tali's legs and even without the suit they resembled barrels, or perhaps extremely thick tires(?), only interrupted by crevices where her knees were located. Liara felt a jolt of envy, the engineer's body seemed to be nearly completely smooth, while her own was dotted with (lovely) dimples and her legs resembled stacks of folds. Although... her own were somewhat movable, while Tali's... even if, by some miracle, the quarian had enough strength to lift lims, whose thigh made an elcor look thin, her legs had no chance of being close enough to even waddle. They were forced to remain at a wide angle due to their lard. Liara doubted that anything, save a near-full split would make scrumptious thighs stop touching. Meanwhile, the quarian's feet were curious things, they were a singular mass with no shape to speak of and no toes could be identified. Although the obese asari could see a few lines that likely had used to be cracks between them. Liara could only see them due to her grazing directly at a sole, the adipose of calves were covering them from the top, so if Tali did stand they would be fully under the blanket of fat. Tali's face... how it changed since its slender appearance not too long ago(a lifetime ago). Her cheeks were so inflated with fat that, the lower part of her head seemed twice as wide as the upper with her eyes barely managing to stay open from all adipose pressing on them. What was curious, was that Tali hadn't just lost her neck, instead, her head was partially absorbed by her plentiful torso and forced to remain in one position, with her hair just laying on her back fat. All that remained was a fold, s thick as Sherpard's forearm, squished in between, that probably had used to be a second chin. The least new observation could be made about quarian's arms. Of course, they had no noticeable wrists and her finger were astonishingly wide, but they did have some manoeuvrability... for now. "... finish, so please sit down" Liara blinked several times as the commander's voice snapped her from the cognitive trance. "Ah... yes thank you" the obese asari replied, doing her best not to show how much her mind had drifted and just realizing how much her legs screamed for relief. She sat on a water-proof couch that the doctor had ordered to put in every room, just in case. However, despite being fitted just for her to sit comfortably, the piece of furniture now appeared... small. Liara glanced at Shepard, the commander changed little, but for the better. Her body fully regained a hard and powerful stature, but more importantly the marks after implanting cloned tissues and further cybernetic implants had faded. It was good, Liara never cared, but looking as... patchworks couldn't be easy, even for Shepard. The ginger took some bottles from the bag and began to instruct two geth. "Sorry, I would hug you, but..." Tali said and it seemed that one of the bottom pillars of lard twitched. Even with all of her experience reading people Liara couldn't tell if her quest was joking or not. "Don't ever start again. You see what I have to deal with, Liara? She's always trying to make things harder for herself" commented Shepard as she approached the soft dome. "Oh?" Laira smiled, genuinely curious. "Look, who's... talking. Besides that's just not true" wheezed the quarian and her face cutely squinted, or rather squinted even more, with annoyance. The ex-spectre began pouring clear lotion on purple flesh. "Remember, that time you got back to Normandy, as the Admiral? When I caught you with Kal'Reegar?" *** Tali leaned on the wall and grabbed the railing with both hands. She made a mental note to send a gift to whoever had them installed. It was a good thing that the quarian had updated systems in her suit when she had been resizing it otherwise breathing would be harder than it already was. The obese quarian was starting to doubt that visiting the engineering deck had been such a good idea. It was such a good day, she was back on the Normandy! As an Admiral, even if in title only and back among her friends. And Shepard... It was pure joy to see her girlfriend again, even though after the official part she was almost pulled to the side to solve somebody else problems. But she had gotten a chance to catch up with others, especially Liara and Garrus. Their so... that is, Grunt was unfortunately now under Wrex's command and somewhere else. So Tali decided to visit her engineering and check that all of her work (or at least work directed by her, even months ago there was no way for her to fit into the ducts), wasn't messed up by the Alliance. However, on the way to the elevator, her adrenaline began to drop and she realised how tired she was, not to mention the long trek to lift. It shouldn't have reduced her to this panting mess, but... the engineer looked down at the two head-sized orbs and her stomach, which fully obscured her feet and quite a lot of floor. And the rest of her body wasn't far behind if the amount of wall her ass was touching could be any indication. By the time they had parted after the relay's explosion, Shepard's scale put her around 400 pounds, but now... How did she manage to send cargos full of food on the Flotilla while in custody? Tali suspected Liara but was in no position to complain. She was inhaling all of it to the poorly concealed astonishment of her crew and her auntie's concern. The elevator stopped. "Ahem... shall we go ma'am?" asked Kal'Reegar with an extended hand. Tali looked at him with gratitude. The marine was invaluable and had become something of her personal guard/advisor, even now seeing her trouble he literally supported her. If he wasn't a male and she hadn't met Shepard... "huff...Yes, thank you" replied the obese quatrain as she took the male's hand. Soon, hand in hand and with marine partially sunk in his Admiral, they went. It wasn't exactly comfortable or fast, but Tali doubted she would be able to make this tour alone, at a reasonable pace(although the marine wasn't exactly dissatisfied with his current position). With slow motion, her flesh shook, visibly even under the suit, and swayed side to side as if determined to make the journey even more tedious. The male quarian was doing his best to synchronise with the rhythm of the waddle, but even for him, supporting a jiggling pile of blubber twice his weight was challenging. They almost reached the door to the main room, when they opened it to reveal the commander. The ginger saw Tali and beamed, but after a second it dimmed a bit. Then she looked at the marine squished to her - the expression didn't change but her gaze shifted into one which spelt quick and gruesome demise. "Tali, what are you doing here? Hello Reegar, how are you" Shepard said cheerfully and approached the obese engineer before gently taking her arm. "I'm... just fine. commander" replied the marine as he slowly and carefully let go of a pudgy arm and stared to increase his distance. As if he was facing a rabid varren and not a human woman. "Admiral wanted to visit the engineering" "Is that so? Couldn't she just connect to the very nice remote engineering station that had been installed? One with microdrones, access to cameras and other systems?" asked the spectre with a raised eyebrow. Tali glared at her. "I have no idea what Alliance did to the systems, how it would look?" spat the engineering, but snuggled closer to the pale woman. Shepard smirked. "Hmm... how about we check it in my cabin. I still have those nice couched, also I managed to come by some seek and triple-filtred, turian brandy" Three precise strikes pierced through soft quarian's steadfast resolve. "Fine, but you're going to exactly explain the modifications Alliance made on my ship. You're not getting off easily" threatened Tali and allowed herself to be led back to the elevator, leaving the marine "Of course" the spectre agreed, unfazed and with a smirk on her face. "Actually, I have something for you" *** "Ah... It was when you got mobile command station" Liara guesses and reminded herself about the quarian rather explosive reaction. "It... Was... a mobility scooter" spat Tali with annoyance, reminding the asari of the human title... needlessly (Liara owned 3 similar ones). "I saw you zipping on it not a day later and you cannot deny it was useful for hauling your cute ass" Sheraprd countered with a smile and slapped loudly the mountainous gut, making it jiggle. Tali blushed and As the bottle was empty, the ex-spectre began to rub lotion in... Merciful goddess The commander didn't limit herself to just using her hands, no. She decided to use her entire body to spread oily substances. Liara watched as two shapely breasts, now covered in shining liquid, were rubbing on soft, purple flesh - up, down and sideways. Not to mention the rest of a very nice, muscular body on very nice, obese, quarian flesh. The suspicious sounds coming from the immobile engineer weren't helpful either. The fat asari gaped with open mouth for a few seconds, unsure if it was real or one of those rare, very pleasurable dreams... no. She had never imagined Tali that big... and she was always in between. "You... did say it was useful" the asari managed to utter, with herculean effort, hoping to focus on something other than all that glistering, jiggling flesh. Still flushed Tali huffed at the reminder, but she couldn't exactly dispute it. *** As vexing the gift was, Tali couldn't deny its usefulness and the advanced technology that had gone into it. She could oversee her subordinates and Normandy's technical status with no issue. Those were the sole reasons why the obese quarian was using the scooter, which had nothing to do with the fact the device could move her quickly, even through certain obstacles(like stairs), without lifting her massive rump from a very comfortable seat. Of course, it raised some eyebrows(a figurative and gross overstatement)... "Excuse me, Ambassador Zorah?" asked a turian voice with hesitation, interrupting her fiddling with the *ahem* mobile centre's controls. Tali looked up to see a turian in civilian grab with a look of uncertainty, hopefulness and half-hidden disgust. "Yes" confirmed the quarian as the vehicle began turning to the newcomer and her soft frame followed. "I'm Juter and I represent turian ambassady. I was informed that any... requests about your fleets are to be put forward to you" the turian introduced himself, managing to sound respectful. And in that very moment, Tali recognized the clerk and for a second thought about denying any request that might come from his mouth. She put that thought aside almost in a second. "Of course, but I was about to eat lunch. Do you mind?" He didn't, openly at least, and with growing annoyance watched as the obese quarian was inhaling other portions of sterile, turian cuisine(at his expense) while he tried to explain his plight. Ignoring him would be one thing, but putting him in the proper place - another. "Of course. We can have ships at the colony in 36 hours. Do you need medical support?" said the bloated engineer before patting her engorged gut. The clerk did a double-take, before answering. He even didn't take offence for ordering triple dessert, before leaving satisfied. "Ambassador?" called a familiar voice. A wave of nostalgia and a good, free meal made Tali forget the very comfortable insult and after a short walk(or in her case - drive) she began to reminiscence. "The difference is that you help when you can" Shepard praised her with a smile. "Fortunately, today you wouldn't need to do so much unnecessary running, would you?" she added before patting the taunt belly. A soft fist hit a pale arm. "You're ruining the moment" *** "Fine... it wasn't so bad" the quarian admitted begrudgingly. "It was a genius idea and it was a good thing you got it when you did. You were barely getting around already" Shepard said cheerfully, but her voice was a bit muffled as at the moment she was lying under the raised, mountainous belly, massaging lotion in its plentiful bottom as well as... nearby regions. Suffice to say, that Liara had a hard time focusing on the story or anything really outside the sight of the muscular woman under the pile of succulent lard. It was a good thing the fat doctor was on the edge of immobile quarian gaze and Shepard couldn't see past purple flesh, otherwise, they might have noticed her opened mouth, clenched hands... and other slightly embarrassing symptoms. "I still... walked just fine" Tali argued stubbornly. The commander chuckled "I wouldn't call waddling clinging to the nearest object or person- walking. Besides, later you were even less eager about it. Except maybe to the bed and back on the scooter" the human pointed out. The mountain of blubber jiggled, likely expressing its disapprova "And whose fault.. it is?" huffed the quarian angrily and her flesh quaked again. This time Shepard openly laughed and rolled on the floor to reach one of the lower limbs. She hugged it, but even being partially swallowed by fat, the commander was unable to close her gasp. "Please, I can't take all the credit. Not even the majority of it" purred the ex-spectre as she kneaded the fat. "Besides, I could hardly watch as those lovely legs were abused instead of serving as rightly as lard tanks. At least nowadays they can properly rest. Mostly at least. Liara, you wouldn't believe that stunt she pulled a few months ago" *** Tali flew... or rather floated, as her over thousand pounds of fat had been reduced to mere grams thanks to heavy-load, industrial, mass effect lift. It could perhaps be compared to swimming... but even if the air was any denser the obese limbs were unable to perform any useful motions. "Here we go" said Shepard as she closed the straps around her arms that would keep the purple blob in place. It had been several months since the quarian had accepted her immobility and the ex-spectre hadn't been idle. Tali herself had a hard time believing how much her body had swollen in that time. But as all notions of movement disappeared, her amazement with a tint of fear was fighting, and losing, with arousal. The ginger reached for one of the remaining belts when her omnitool flashed. "Hmm... it's Garrus and it doesn't look like a social call" said the commander and looked at the naked pile of flesh. "I take it to the office, ok? Worst case I'll switch to audio and connect to you" Tali nodded... well.. more like she wedged her chin into her torso. "Sure... but tell him I say hello and remind him that I expect nieces" replied floating quarian with a smile. Shepard laughed and exited the room. "Red... can you please lower me a bit to the ground? Just so my legs touch it?" requested the obese Admiral. "Of course creator Zorah. Is the washing procedure being cancelled?" one of two geths that were "living" with them answered as he began to lower the living blob of a woman. "No, I just want to... check something" Soon, the chub... fat feet touched the ground and after few centimetres later, Tali had lift stopped. "Now, start increasing decrease mass effect field, slowly" And so the gravity began to return for her. At first, she merely felt a light pressure on her feet that was growing marginally. However, it didn't take long for the sensation to be as intense in her thin (Pre-Shepard) days. "W...What's the gravity working on me?" Tali asked trying to adjust her footing. "Currently, at 9,97% of average Rannoch gravity and growing" The quarian felt a wave of shock, accompanied by an actual wave that went through her purple blubber - what she was lifting wasn't even a tenth of her actual weight. Although the engineer did feel certain suspicious, moist warmth beaten her legs... Yes... Tali failed to realize how much her thighs had swollen and how much it increased the minimal distance between her feet - making her stuck in a rather uncomfortable position. What's more, balancing her hefty body, especially her mountainous gut, was becoming increasingly difficult. Thankfully belts around her arm were helpful. The gravity was growing, and the load on her legs was slowly reaching the one from, months ago. But in her position, and with muscles even more weakened than ever before, Tali was struggling. "S...Stop" the obese quarian wheezed, she felt sweat forming on her body, belts digging in her flesh and her legs shaking... and jiggling. "Well.. that confirms... it" muttered the quarian. A percentage more and she wouldn't be able to stand, to do so at her actual weight... "Well, well... what do we have her" At this moment Tali began to sweat, and not from exertion. "A... little experiment...*huff*. How's Garrus?" wheezed the struggling blob as she watched the approaching Shepard, who sported a very stern expression. "Good... needed some intel about some old Alliance group" replied the woman and without any warning clicked something on her omnitool. The belts around Tali loosened, she yelped but didn't fall... until a strong push on her belly unbalanced her. The slap that resulted from her krogan-flattening ass falling on the floor was gigantic. For several seconds her blubber was kind a purple ocean during a storm. The immobile quarian barely managed to catch a breach and her body somewhat ceased to jiggle when she felt a much tinner frame sink into her flesh. "Tali... I love you and will also support you" started Shepard before cupping her round cheeks. "But... I cannot have you doing such pointless and possibly dangerous things.
