Uh oh, Wood is having a nightmare! She wakes up to see that she's back in her old gym class, and they're doing the pacer test today! She's gained so much weight since going to any PE class that this is immediately her worst nightmare come to life. There's no way she's going to be able to pass this fitness test now that she's massively out of shape! But unfortunately, her coach tells her that if she wants to wake up, she HAS to pass! Wood reluctantly starts to run in place, but realizes very quickly just how hopeless it is. It hurts her calves and her back, and she's incredibly out of breath. Knowing she's not going to pass the running portion, she tries to switch over to jumping jacks and it's even worse! Her heavy tits hurt from bouncing up and down and her whole body jiggles. Not to mention the excessive squeaking of the gym floors with her every movement telling her just how much of a lardass she's become. She attempts to run and do jumping jacks some more but it's no use, and finally her coach tells her to quit it already and do her burpees. Wood is terrified of how hard these are going to be, but tries anyway... and fails epically! She can barely get her fat body off of the ground! Her form is off and all of her heavy fat keeps her from moving gracefully. While she's on the ground, she's told to do situps too, but I think you can guess how well those end up. Finally, she gets back up to attempt running and jumping jacks again, but you can tell how exhausted she is. She's panting heavily and sweating and can barely go on. Unimpressed with what he sees, he tells Wood that she has to go to detention for how horribly out of shape she is! During detention she'll have to take the test again and won't stop until she passes. But after what feels like an eternity (but in actuality is just a few short minutes), I give up. It's too much work.....too much effort. I can't really be bothered with all that, in fact, I should probably be more careful, I could give my heart a real shock trying to do that kind of activity. I've done a couple of sumo wrestling clips in the past, but now that I'm at my heaviest ever I've been asked to revisit the concept! I'm a little concerned, though -- this is the most out of shape I've ever been! I've been tasked to do some sumo squats and sumo side kicks, which seems easy enough. But once I get started I realize just how hard it is to move my heavy body now. I can't kick as high as I expected and the squats are so hard! My back even starts to hurt halfway through, it's like my body is loudly protesting all of the exercise I'm putting it through! But even so, I push through the pain and give it my best shot -- even if it is pretty pathetic. You get to see a ton of different angles as I kick and squat, and you can hear me getting super out of breath the whole time. Finally, I just can't take it anymore. I give up and sit on the ground in defeat. I've gotten so fat and unfit, and this definitely was an eye opener to just how far I've fallen. I used to be a jock, and now a couple of squats has turned me into a wheezing sweaty mess. Oh well, I think I'll just keep avoiding exercise since it makes me so tired! Whew! This one was a challenge. In this video you can see me (Chonk) attempting to run on the treadmill, but I can only go so long before I am totally out of breath. Thank goodness for online ordering, I haven't had to walk around the grocery store in YEARS! My orders have been getting messed up recently though so I thought, even though it's been years and over a hundred pounds, that I could just walk around the store and get all my groceries myself. I couldn't have been more wrong! This will definitely be the last time I walk around the store because I was breathing heavy before I even got inside and I was literally sweating when I checked out. Even now, typing this up the next day, my entire body is sore and the ONLY way I'll go grocery shopping again is if I use a scooter!

After putting on over 60 pounds in a year and pushing hard to gain during my recent gaining challenge, I'm really curious at the state of my fitness. Usually, whenever I gain really quickly all fitness goes out the window. I become super out of shape super quick, and it certainly has been feeling that way recently. I talk about where I am fitness-wise and what I've noticed recently. Namely, getting out of breath a lot easier and certain aches and pains just from walking or standing! There's no doubt that this weight gain has gotten me hopelessly out of shape, but I still want to test myself. I decide to do jumping jacks, running in place, sit ups, and push ups to see just how well I can do them. The result are not surprising in the least -- it's almost pathetic how much trouble I have doing these simple work outs! I get out of breath so easily and even start to sweat at the tiniest bit of exertion! And not to mention, I'm whining the whole time! I guess that's what happens when a spoiled, sedentary fatty finally tries to push themselves for the first time in a while. The results are almost comical with how much of a fail this "workout" is! In fact, as soon as I give up I'm already thinking of how I stuff my face to re-gain all those lost calories. A fitness test/workout clip featuring tons of jiggling fat!
