It's been a long time since I painted my toenails! As a matter of fact, I haven't done it since I was a lot skinnier! I hope I can still reach for long enough to paint them ... Sitting at home all day certainly doesn't help with tight muscles! Time to get some flexibility back! I used to love doing yoga, so I pull out some old yoga clothes I used to wear all the time. Some spandex shorts and a sports bra! Wow, this bra looks a little small ... were my boobs once this small? I guess I should try squeezing into these shorts, too ... not an easy task! Wow, just putting those clothes on is a workout now .. guess I'm more out of shape than I thought! Next, time to try the poses. Yikes, I am not as flexible or balanced as I used to be. Watch me as I strain to get into these poses with all this extra fat on my body that I'm not used to! I'm visibly exerting all my energy while trying to stay balanced! Oops - a couple of times I actually fall over! At one point, I take a break and fantasize about lunch ... I want a sub ... with extra cheese ... It’s been about a year since I worked out. I like to torture myself every now and then so this is my first one since a 50lb gain. My roommate recently has been super into fitness and she’s been hinting to me non stop about working out with her. I finally tried these machines out to see how long I can do them without giving up. It's been a long time since I've done measurements for a video and I don't think I have ever done them myself. Doing them for this video made me realize why - it's A LOT of work at my size. I struggle through measuring my neck, arms, bust, waist, hips, and thighs. Some of the measurements absolutely blow my mind. The numbers really help it sink in that I am really just massive at this point. But I think I can still be bigger. Next time I am definitely gonna need some help for my new measurements.$9.99
