Well, it's happening, I'm really starting to chunk up everywhere. And yea I know I've been getting fat for a while....but sometimes it just hits you all at once. Changes that I never expected are happening. But it's those little non scale joys that really show the magnitude of how big I've gotten.....and will keep getting.The biggest change I'm starting to notice is my softening face and expanding double chin. While I've never had a perfectly sculpted face, the fat seems to be piling up quicker than I thought. Even my neck is getting fatter! It makes sense, just still a shock! But my most recent shock came when I tried on a ring I haven't worn in some time. I couldn't even get it to the base of my fingers. I guess even these greedy little hands of been gaining.
