  1. I understand at some level there's a genetic component to where fat goes and how it gets distributed. However, are there any factors that make it easier to gain subcutaneous fat rather than visceral fat? My gf is still gaining (will share progress soon!!) but we want to make sure that 1. she's as healthy as she can be while doing it and 2. subcutaneous fat is the fun squishy kind! who doesn't want more of that? Are there any foods or exercise that correlates with reducing visceral fat or preventing the gain of it, and instead optimizing for subcutaneous fat? Does it redistribute if you lose and regain that weight as well?

  3. Slowly just adding a bit more to her lunches has helped, and occasional weight gain shakes as well, though we're hoping to pick that up again soon. ♥️

  6. Oddly the cream has a lot less lactose than the milk and doesn't bother her stomach as much for that. So that's a big big plus!!

  10. sorry fellas, can't find any old pictures, was a few years ago and was lost with some old hardware (phones, computers, etc.) if something pops up, I can post it here (with my lady's consent of course) she's absolutely a salty snacks girl, she doesn't super love sugary stuff, unless it's really high quality. also booze, though I think we're trying to cut back on that a bit for practical reasons

  14. Good news all! Shared this thread with her, and she's really happy to have such good support for her needs. ❤ The plan for now is that we're going to experiment with a Boost VHC every day until we run out, see how that works. Then we're going to add more snacks to her diet, and really double down on the good fats. Oh, and stuffing to fullness. Because that's a ton of fun. Eager to share the results of our experiments!
