I don't have a big appetite myself, but I don't really feel a need to change that about myself. I read, not on curvage, about a girl who was into fat guys and was working on making her boyfriend bigger. Maybe you need to find some like minded people in your area who share a similar interest? I don't know anything about appetite enhancers.
