  1. I hope so.. It sure does. There is so much. It takes more time to plan meals and snacks etc...to maximize calories etc. incorporating what I learn here like getting heavy cream in my diet. Making sure I go to bed really full after a frappe.. which I am starting to enjoy. . I had a whole quart yesterday and probably will again today. Lol. Exciting but I get nervous sometimes. Trying to be aware of what triggers the nerves and make it go away. The best thing so far is I’m buying all this stuff and my food bill has gone down lol Having fun now with my old step counter. I used to try and max my steps but now having fun trying to minimize them lol. It actually takes planning lol
  2. Feeling better.... spending more time reading about other people’s successes and feelings after really helps. Even though I’ve experimented some I’m still learning. I’ve never eaten this much or drank heavy cream frappes and felt so full going to bed. Feeling nice tho will see how it goes.
  3. Lol thanks. I did decide to try gaining more, and it’s more that 10. Feeling more relaxed about things and had fun food shopping today. I’ll see how it goes.
  4. Made a vanilla tonight with ice cream and heavy cream after a big dinner. So heavy. Will try it a while.

I feel a little stressed... but then there are the oh wow laughing moments trying to button what used to be my favorite jeans thinking holy sh*t I did it I really did get bigger. Starting to lean more to what I’m enjoying
  6. Thanks. I used to make frappes for my family growing up. Maybe I’ll try those with heavy cream instead.

  8. Hi everyone I stumbled on this eating and gaining for fun topic a few years ago. Most of my head said it’s crazy, and a little part was interested and curious. Every so often I’d see it someplace and get thinking about it again and look on line. Finally I decided to try gaining 5 lbs for fun on my own. I figured I was 118 lbs so no big deal. I love eating and it was fun and kind of easy. My jeans were tighter which was cool. After a few weeks I did it again, this time I had a pair of jeans I couldn’t button. It was fun. I kept thinking about it, and have done it 2 more times. 10 lbs each. It’s been fun and I like seeing the changes. But this is when I promised myself I’d eat right and get back to the gym. but... cold weather clothes are out, so I can hide some more weight gain... not sure if I want to go to the gym, pick a gain goal again for fun - maybe more than 10 lbs. or put the scale away for a set time period and see what happens. just having way more fun than I thought I would. Terrified someone will find out ... feeling guilty for liking it. Kayla
