You're one lucky bastard. I think she's definitely into it. I think you have an opportunity that you shouldn't miss, since you both don't exactly know you're into it mutually maybe try to keep being secretive and etc.. like, try saying things during sex about it, but do it as teasing. Slowly make it become more than "oh we're both into feederism, cool". Make her think that she's lucky I guess.
