Someone suggested that I should start running or jogging early in the morning before work to just wake up a little bit. I would do that if it wasn’t for the fact that every single part of me bounces and jiggles with the smallest of steps 😅 jogging would show up on the Richter scale from my ass bouncing alone 🍑
