Yes, I would say so... 35 lbs in 4.5 months, an impressive nearly 8 lbs a month! Assuming a goal of yours is 200 lbs and if so, could reach by 7/31 (or by 9/30 if at a mere 1 pound a week vs. your current 1.8 lbs a week). Good luck and happy gaining, you look all the better for it!!!!!!
