So as many of you know, my family owns several CrossFit gyms and I used to train there and compete for them. They have a machine that tracks body fat %. At the peak of my athletic careers, I had a body fat of 22%.....I went to visit them today to grab something I needed and when no one was around I stepped on the machine. My % body fat now is 58% HAHAHAHHAAH. How fucking sexy is that
