I gave in again, you guys... I already ruined my diet with pizza at midday, so this box of chocolates won't matter. The chocolate's so rich that I feel full even though I'm not stuffed, so you get to see what my near-empty belly looks like these days (it's very squishy). I just noticed I'm getting a triple-tiered belly and side rolls... I'd better add sit-ups to my exercise routine. Which I will start tomorrow.



 

Some recent developments... I've been planning to go on a diet since July, so I don't know why I've ballooned up like this, especially in the past month...

My jeans shrunk in the wash... why does this keep happening to me? Plus I have a stomach ache - it's not my morning.

I can't seem to control my weight the usual way, so I may as well try other methods of restriction.

Just because it's a bit swollen doesn't mean it's ruined... so what if my perennially bloated belly's starting to peek out under the hems of my smaller t shirts?

Some out-of-context video stills from before (late August). I was rehearsing something in my underwear, haha. I didn't knowingly take this to record my weight, but maybe I should have. Just for comparison, and to show I'm not making this shit up! I knew I was gaining weight even back then - why didn't I stop eating?
