    Prefacing this by saying that I have no experience in this regard and I am only replying since no one else has come with any advice so far, but the best option may be to go to the doctor if it concerns you that much. Surgery doesn't have to be the first option, I believe it should be possible to get a prescription for Wegovy or something similar?
