So snack wise today wasn’t good but I had pasta, 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls and fried chicken today so I got in a good amount of calories but other then being more bloated I haven’t really gained that much weight. I could really use some more food ideas, if anyone could suggest some high calories foods or meals that be really cool and helpful!😊

Been a little MIA but my journey to chubbiness is still going, I think I’ve finally gained more of an appetite and have been eating more frequently. I’m either having a bunch of snacks one day or at least 3 high calorie meals the others. I’ve been slacking on drinking heavy cream lately though but I’m gonna try and restock tomorrow when I go to the store. Hopefully I’ll have some update pictures to post soon😊

Went up to visit my boyfriend at his school this weekend and as soon as I got there, he got me pizza, ice cream cake and root beer. A few hours later, a trip to Five Guys followed by mozzarella sticks. Today we got food from wawa, then the grocery store to buy a bunch of more food. So after having more ice cream cake, popcorn and fruit snacks, we made pasta and cheesy bread and I drank some heavy cream to finish the night...well kinda finish the night, I’ll probably end up snacking on something later on 😂 I can already feel a difference and so can my boyfriend, I’ll give more updates soon.

Looks like I have to buy all new work pants since I ripped my last two pair that fit me this week. Also my mom commented on how I’m getting heavier and I know she was saying it so I’d cut back but really it just makes me want to eat more 😂

Hi, I’m new to the community and a little nervous trying to gain atleast 20-30 pounds by June, right now I’m about 140 with a fast metabolism. So far I’ve been trying to get atleast 3,000 calories a day, snacking as much as possible and even started drinking heavy cream and ensures. If anyone could give some advice and/or ideas it would really help out a lot. Hope I can hear back from some of y’all, I’ll try and post updates of my progress😊

Man it sounds like you're already tackling this fairly well. My friend usually just sticks with ensure and stuffs herself silly along side some encouragement. There was one day where I managed to coerce them to consume 5k. But the average was somewhere around 4k calories with the occasional 2k.
Actually you're around their starting weight aswell after looking at their charts. She made a spreadsheet of her measurements/ calories consumed and both morning/ night weights.

It's way easier to make progress with the help of shakes. Liquid calories are easier to get in without getting as full. Keep it up! :-)

Olive oil is another great way to really pack on fat. worked wonders for an ex of mine – all the fat went to her booty, thighs and boobs. it was fantastic!
