  1. Just got back from the chiro. She said I need to train my feet and legs to sustain the force of walking my fat body on pavement.

      Don't know if she mentioned this, but it's known among runners that it's preferable to run on asphalt, which is softer than concrete. So if you're taking a walk in a neighborhood, for example, try walking at the edge of the street, facing the traffic, or on an asphalt bikeway, as opposed to on the sidewalk.

      I completely agree with your chiro, but, before is better if you train your belly for the enormous amount of food you’ll eat during winter holidays! So eat is the solution 😉
