I just started eating much more than normal, and it just happened 😛 I haven't followed any weight gain advice, I just eat what I like and let everything happen naturally. I'd just like tell you to encourage your girlfriend to eat the things she likes the most and treat her like a queen while ordering her favorite meals..  

You can't force anyone. You just have to be honest with her about what you like - if she likes it, then great. If she isn't comfortable with doing it, you'll have to accept that and live with it

I don't know about 'forcing' anyone to be anything, but my SO has gained a good bit since we met, and I LOVE it.

I do most of the cooking, so while we've never done anything even remotely like a feeding session, I cook foods she likes and try to do a very good job so she eats more. It usually works!

Her butt and belly have grown quite a bit and I tell her every day how sexy I think she is so she doesn't (hopefully) feel insecure or anything.

That may be too 'vanilla' an approach for some, but it has worked perfect for me.
