Although it often feels like a contradictory desire due to the nature of this kink, engaging with it in a balanced, relatively healthy way is important to me.

Not many things make me feel fatter than sitting in front of the mirror while getting my hair cut. I’ll leave for the appointment with one idea of my size, but always get a serious reality check when I sit down in the chair. 
Something about seeing myself next to an average sized person, rolls front and center, with my double chin squishing out of the collar of that “cape” they use, staring in horror at just how much fat engulfs my face while my thighs seep over the sides of the chair…it’s a humbling experience. 
At this recent appointment, my hairdresser told me about the boot camp challenge she was doing for the new year. I found myself getting wet at the thought of her swinging the chair around to face the mirror and pulling my belly out of my pants, asking how I had gotten so fat so fast and what I planned to do about it. She’d poke at my greedy gut while telling me I needed to get in shape and how much better I’d feel after losing all of that extra weight…
Figured I shouldn’t act on that thought, but had some fun with it when I got home : )
