Cannot believe I gained 5 pounds in the past 5 days when I was actively trying to maintain for my brothers wedding next month. It’s like the more I tell myself I shouldn’t do something the more I want to do it... Oops. Like the Japanese say “Shikatanai” (It can’t be helped) 😅
