As a female I would say show her this site. People will say nice things to your face not to hurt your feelings. She probably doesn't believe you are okay or happy with her weight gain. That you are just saying that to spare her feelings. The internet is pretty anonymous, this site proves that there are guys that really feel that way about the way her body has become and you knowing this site exists pretty much proves you are one of them.That will probably go a long way in helping her accept herself and believe that you accept her.
