Dear me you have been over-indulging and it really shows, can’t imagine that round belly going unnoticed by anyone! What have you done to yourself? You were so fit and svelte and just look at yourself, it does seem that you’ve crossed the point of no return. I'm not entirely certain this is true, from on-line research all the sources I've read actually claim that over time weight will slowly return to the genetic build.
