Trying to track down a particular bit of fiction- can't remember the author, but the plot centres around an employee at a bakery/ cake shop (something like that), and both her and her customers gain weight- one particular scene involved a gym trainer or jogger who had gained a shit load? There was also a drawing of said jogger drawn by a second artist. I know it's kind of vague but any pointers would be much appreciated. Usually manage to track these down but i'm beginning to think I dreamt all of this.
