Set aside a day or such when you can free a few hours. Do feel fitness or coffee helps add for needed energy. I do feel I accept things for better or worse a lot easier though, based on what recurs with weeks.

@Tastic1 I'm a pretty good cook but I'm so lazy about it that I supplement most of my meals with takeout. I also just happen to be really enthusiastic about breakfast so I usually make that - especially since my favorite diner is closed😔
