    In my opinion everyone has an optimal weight. When you eat normal portions you will get to a plateau on which you will balance between some more or less pounds. It goes wrong when overeating of undereating (mostly compensated with binges). Then the natural body balance gets out of control.

    I experience another kind of frustration. Want to loose a few pounds myself, but it seems that this fetish also makes me not able to do it. It makes it easy to give in to comfort food, so I stay about the same or even gain weight.
