  1. Hi, There is nothing to refund as no charge was made. Any persisting holds are with your bank. Curvage has taken no funds. If you have more specific questions about why your card was declined please use the contact Curvage link below as this is a public forum and we should not discuss further here in order to protect your privacy. Thank you
  2. HI The attempts have been declined. No money was taken. What you see is a hold not a charge. You can try again, but be sure the address on file matches the address associated with the card. Also try using English characters in your address to avoid the system seeing hieroglyphs. Thank you
  3. oh, it helps to turn the phone sideways and see the site in landscape mode. That should make everything fit.

  6. HI, Sometimes a temporary security audit takes place prior to capturing the payment. What you see is a hold and not a charge. However, the check by the processing bank is complete and the charge captured. You should have access to the clips now. Thank you
  7. HI, Hope you are well. Wondering why you have no clips uploaded yet to the clip store? IS there anything we can help with?

  8. Candiifan earned himself a VIP tour of the Curvage Exit.
  9. We got you... look in the footer of any page
  10. Hi, The transactions were declined, hence no funds were actually taken from your account. The holds will be lifted by your bank in accordance to their policy, which can sometimes take a few business days. No funds have been taken and we have not received any funds from you, therefore there is no money to give back. Thank you
  11. HI, What you see is a hold not a charge. (notice it says pending) Every purchase on our site always has the following steps: 1. A HOLD is placed on the card for the purchase amount 2. Verification process happens. (most transactions are instant, but some holds can be longer if payment appears suspicious) 3. If approved, a charge is created. If declined the hold is released after a period of time. What you see is the hold, and not an actual charge. In this case the purchase attempt has been declined. Because the transaction was not captured, the transaction was voided. Please allow time for the banks to do what they do you will not be charged. OR you are welcome to submit another payment attempt. Thank you :)
  12. You will receive a PM. It can take time as each application is manually reviewed for integrity. Thank you
Let's just get right to the point, HoneyBBW is stunning. This is an incredible clip. Don't miss it!!
  13. I would bet that creating this post unlocked it. The requirement is 10 points and then 1 post in the forums after 10 points is reached. The post triggers the unlock Thank you
  14. You’re perfectly fine. These are common questions and you’re not alone in wanting the answers Thank you 😊
  15. Hi, it’s not so much what Curvage allows. I usually say, I'm no legal expert but I presume selling content with copyright music is a big no no. You're running your own business here on Curvage. As a result you take on some risk. So be careful. Thank you

  17. Curvage Community Members, The discussion surrounding the 'Candids' forum section has been both passionate and divisive. After in-depth internal deliberation and careful consideration of your viewpoints, we have decided to remove this section from our platform. We know this decision will not be well-received by everyone, but we believe it's the right course of action. This move aligns with Curvage's mission to create a safe and vibrant community that promotes discussions, support, and body positivity. We also strive to show respect for all women in doing so. Some may see this as an overreaction to social trends, but our ultimate goal is to make Curvage a welcoming space for everyone who wants to celebrate body diversity and self-love. Our analysis shows that the Candids section has not fully aligned with these values and might deter individuals, particularly women, from participating in our platform. We are aware of concerns about 'cancel culture' and the potential slippery slope of removing sections based on complaints. But we distinguish between public figures (or anyone) who willingly place themselves in the public eye via the internet, vs individuals who haven't given explicit consent for their images to be taken (much less shared). Regarding the remaining forums and the possibility of a slippery slope, it is important to note we promptly honor any DMCA takedown requests, without publicly shaming the individual who submitted the request. Moreover, having a dedicated space for 'candids' seems to encourage unethical behavior in public spaces. This could potentially distress or even harm unsuspecting individuals. While the Candids forum has been part of our community since before the current ownership, we believe that times have changed, as has our platform. We feel that supporting such behavior does not align with our values. We commend those who have courageously voiced their opinions, and we thank you for contributing to our community's betterment. To those disappointed by this decision, we apologize and hope you understand our reasons. We encourage you to continue participating in our other forums, galleries, and the Clip Store, which continue to offer a wide range of body-positive content. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to making Curvage a platform where every curve is celebrated. Thank you, The Curvage Team
  18. All clips posted to the clip Store must have a price thank you
  19. If you feel someone is acting in a way that violates our community guidelines, please use the report function.
  20. I agree that the thread should have had a better name. That is why I changed it. However, I don’t believe the thread was named as such in order to bully you. You might note it was quoting one of the actual posts in the thread. Anyway I do genuinely apologize that the thread was named in a way that made you feel less than valued here. That was not the intention. Since the issue has been resolved and it has reached an organic end, I will now lock this thread. Thank you 😊
  21. @jpark786 Mochii's thread is located in a picture forum specifically designated for her to share free content or significant updates with the community. If a thread has been inactive for an extended period, our guidelines specify that it should only be revived with substantial, value-added content. "Asking for updates" does not meet this criterion and is considered a violation of our guidelines against necroposting. Please note that the footer of older threads includes a cautionary message against reviving the thread without contributing new, valuable content. (see screen shot below) Posting a meme about it being "mid-September", for instance, doesn't qualify as a value-added update. Such actions not only breach our guidelines but also create unnecessary disappointment for those eagerly awaiting real updates from Mochii. We understand that Mochii has previously indicated a mid-September release for new content, which has yet to happen. However, this topic is more appropriately discussed in a separate chit-chat thread, not in Mochii's main thread. Maintaining organizational integrity is essential for meaningful conversations on our platform. Regarding your post, we appreciate the thoughtfulness and respectful tone you demonstrated while responding to the necropost. Unfortunately, (as previously stated by Avatar) deleting the original necropost would also necessitate the removal of all subsequent replies, including your own. We have re-initiated the topic to allow for focused discussion around "Where is Mochii?" Feel free to continue that conversation in its designated discussion thread. We hope this clarification resolves any confusion you may have had.
