The good news: My GF and I are both freshman in college and have been dating for 4 years. Due to college cafeteria food she's put on the freshman 15 plus more. She's 175-180ish and the holidays will help. She lives on a diet of doughnuts, fries, mountain dews, and brownies, and fried cheese sticks. My fear is A) her family or friends will tell her over the holidays that she's getting fat and encourage her to lose weight, or she'll get self conscious( she isn't at the moment) How do I keep it going?
