She was just at a weigh-in for that Creator Clash boxing thing she's doing and she's confirmed to be at 165 pounds now.

A comparison of Jessie as Erin in Season 2 (2016) vs. Season 6 (2022) of Better Call Saul. Looks like they either filmed before she got really big at the end of last year or they just did a good job at hiding her gain but you can definitely see she's a bit wider and that lovely double chin's more pronounced.
