    Is it possible to edit a video to blur nipples out?

      It is, but it would require tracking a blur throughout the entire clip which may require after effects or something similar. 

      Other than that I don't know of any mobile apps or tools that could do it.

      So far…. Many packs of chocolate and Lindt bunnies, chicken and veg drowned in pure butter, pasta/cheese, cheese toasties x4 , many slices of toast. So most of you are right !🤤
