Yes, yes it does. You are not alone. It is a bit frustrating to find out that a character is 5'10" and 220lbs. and is somehow nearly immobile. Maybe if you add 150lbs and make them say 5'0" that could work, but still not quite right. I think it has more to do with the author writing down their fantasies how they imagine them and less with the continuity of the story for another reader. I usually ignore it and correct it in my own imaginings because I have made similar mistakes in my own lust-driven scribblings. A simple proof reading and visualization before posting couldn't hurt though.

Well that's the point of gags, to take away completely the power of the submissive. See he or she actually has the power with the safe words because that word can make you stop at any time. So if you want to gag her, than you have to be careful and know how far to go before pleasure becomes pain and uncomfortability. Additionally, gagging usually comes after there is a good bit of trust developed between the two of you. If you are not all that experienced, I would not suggest gagging because you may need her responses, like coos, moans, etc. I would suggest tying her down and blindfolding her instead. That allows you to "play" with her with like say some whipping, temperature play (hot wax or ice cubes or both), surprise her with different toys, etc. If you still want to do something with taking away the ability to speak, there is stuffing/feeding, choking, and covering her nose and mouth. However, please do be careful with each of them as you can hurt her if you aren't careful. However, I wouldn't be concerned about gagging or erotic asphyxiation just yet.

My understanding is that it doesn't matter usually, maybe a longer one may help. But it is way more fun to try and find alternate positions and innovations to make sex with a bigger woman more fun.
