Been on vacation for the past week and have had lots of late night pasta meals followed by a whole pint of Ben & Jerry's.  We also haven't been as active as we usually are, in the past we would go hike or kayaking every day, now we've been just staying inside and watching movies (oh and of course eating).  Needless to say all the carbs and sugar have been making me very plump
