Your ankles should not be swelling up. It sounds like it could be the start of obesity induced lymphodema. If possible get yourself into a swimming pool. Take the weight of your joints and body and get your muscles working to move that fluid around your body. Your health is the most important pillar in your life. Me too. My mother quit when she had me. Although policing in Scotland is very different from policing in the US. No guns & no donuts. 😉 Is it the same in all states with firearms, or is it an East coast, West coast thing?
