    I have a friend who had always been super skinny. About 6 months ago she told me she’d like to be curvier. since then she has eaten way more and I think the lbs are starting to show?? the fist image was from a month or so ago

    She has been eating two dinners, I’ve bought her gain shakes and also takes snacks to bed…she used to barely have any flesh at all just honey all over so it’s going well!! Any more thoughts would be great guys I think she will really take the encouragement well!!

    So my long time friend has always been skinny and described as so! I mentioned she should try and gain some weight and offered to help. Since then she has gained a bit of weight (we are guessing a stone) and is keen to gain lots more! please let us know your thoughts xx
