  1. When I’m 5 inches taller than my wife, work as a personal trainer and work out all the time, and yet my wife still eats as much as me. Also when I’m playing math games in my head to make sure she doesn’t break stuff that she sits on in stores!
  2. I totally get this my wife struggles with her weight and feeling confident regarding, but has steadily gone from 200 to 270ish since we’ve been together and I’ve had those same feelings of guilt over it. I’ve finally reached the point that I can encourage her to exercise and lower her calories but I can’t force her to and I think a lot of that acceptance has come from just time and experience (I’m a personal trainer so people tell me all the time they want to lose weight but never do). You kinda just have to accept that you can only do so much and that loving her as best as you can is all you can really do.
  3. That whole thing about trying to get 10000 steps in everyday really does work and would be a great number to shoot for (it’s about 5 miles) but don’t rush into it especially if you’re kinda sedentary now start with trying to get 5000 steps in and build your way up to 10000. From there you can always continue to do more but no need to rush into it!
  4. So for a 4000-6000 calorie range start by trying to shoot for 3500-3800 calories a day and see what happens to your weight, if you notice yourself losing weight then you just stick with whatever calories you’re losing weight at and don’t change anything unless you’ve gone a couple of weeks without losing weight, in which case you can increase your activity or drop your calories a little bit. Don’t forget to try going for walks also since I usually find people find it easier to be a little more active and eat fewer calories over just eating fewer calories.
  5. The first step is figuring out how many calories you’re eating in a day and then going from there. Let’s say, as an example, you’re eating 3000 calories a day and still gaining weight that would mean you’re eating in a calorie surplus and will continue to gain weight. After you’ve figured out how many calories you’re eating you can begin to increase your activity level or make a small reduction in your calorie intake until you stop gaining weight and begin losing weight. When I say small reductions in your calorie intake I mean like a 200 calorie reduction, same thing with the increase in activity, try going for a 15min walk everyday and then slowly increase the intensity of the activity so things like walking faster or walking for longer durations as an example. If you’ve got questions feel free to message me if you’ve got more in depth questions!
  6. I seem to have had a lot more neutral reaction than others from my now fiancée. I told her the second year of our relationship and was nervous outta my mind but she seemed very indifferent to it even saying that she already figured that I did. She made it clear that she would never intentionally gain weight and I’ve never asked her to since. We’re now in the fifth year of being together we’ll be getting married soon and we couldn’t be closer. I feel like admitting my fetish and preference has only made it easier to talk about other things in our relationship that could’ve been very difficult, and slowly more and more of my fetish has creeped into the bedroom naturally as she’s become more comfortable with it.
