We all know that the soft (subcutaneous fat- just under your skin which is attractive to my opinion) is less unhealthy than the hard (visceral fat- deep inside your organs and is harmful and not attractive to my opinion). My personal preference is soft jiggly belly fat.
I have been researching on what factor determines if the fat you gain is soft (subcutaneous) or hard (visceral) to not much avail. It is partly determine by genetics. But does anyone know how one may achieve the soft jiggly fat instead of the rock hard beer belly fat? Could a certain type of food or activity determines which kind of fat is gained?
