I've got a dilemma y'all. I don't want to flatten my butt by sitting on it at my job all day. I got a sitting/standing desk, but my body gets so tired from standing for very long.... Suggestions? 🤷♀️

Thank you for the ideas!! ❤ I will try to work in some exercises between work periods. I may also get an exercise ball as a chair so I can bounce while I sit!! 😄

@Bunny Velvet Yes great idea!! I loved having an exercise ball chair! It really helped my lower back pain and its just nice to flop around on 😅

@Alexa, Butterball Babe Yeah! It will be so fun to bounce. I normally bounce my leg while I work so maybe I do need it. 😋 And it would make for a good video! 😃

@Bunny Velvet honestly, I think I concentrate better when I'm sitting in them because it let's me move around. I bounce my leg too but I hadn't made that connection!
