I've been trying to do my diet using the low carb intermittent fasting but i just couldn't eat fatty and a lot of protein meat. I've been planning to do a fast diet to achieve my desired result. I workout twice a day and I saw here some tips for post workouts that seems helpful. My doctor said I can only try dash diet and nothing more considering that I have gallstone and fatty liver. Is that right is that my only option? I wanted to try but looks like Im gonna be starving much with that diet setup? What are you diet routine guys?
Hi guys, Harlene here. I am XL in size and was wondering if I should try wearing fajas. As I was checking out stores, I've tried my normal size and it doesnt look good to me I wonder if I should pick a smaller or bigger size? Does thing really helps? Just really wanna emphasize a curvy body here hope to get some advice here
