fantluszczu
Good evening Curvage I've been thinking about SSBBW/BBW physical strength for a long time. At nearly 400lbs, SSBBWs should theoretically have much more strength than a trained thin woman or the average skinny guy. Is it true? Any of you can show off your strength results (powerlifting, gym, etc.)? Any other observations? maybejames
Guest JDA1138
Well it depends on the kind of muscles formed. I'll explain from personal experience. Now I do 90 mins a day of exercise that focus on Boxing/Body strengthening and while I'm toned with my core, I'm not ripped compared to BodyBuilders (who only focus on weight lifting. They will have strength but wouldn't do too well in a fight compared to someone who does). So the kind of strength a BBW would have over someone who is skinny would be there and although lacking in speed, said BBW would be more ideal in say wrestling compared to Boxing as an example. I've seen larger people delivering heavier blows but skinner people with incredible speed in Muay Thai from before.
fantluszczu
Suppose we have a fight between a 400lbs woman and an athletic (but not combat sports) woman. Wrestling rules, boxing and mma. In my opinion, in wrestling and mma fat definitely wins, in boxing 70:30 for fat. In wrestling, mass is the key to winning. For a long time, I was thinking about my chances against SSBBW. I am 6ft5 and 185lbs, train 4 times a week at the gym and used to box for a while. I think in wrestling/grappling I would have little chance despite training, I can't imagine how I could knock 400lbs to the ground. Definitely an interesting issue. Curvage Model Ruby Addams BBW CLIPS Posted July 31 Curvage Model Share Posted July 31 Isn't the same comparing a sumo wrestler with a fat couch potato both in the same weight So fat does not means strength XoXo tomisek, Borghen and M93

An ordinary guy (like me) won't be able to lift a 400lbs weight, and someone weighing 400lbs should easily throw me to the ground. XoXo

Un tipo común (como yo) no será capaz de levantar un peso de 400 libras, y alguien que pese 400 libras debería tirarme fácilmente al suelo. I've wrestled several bbws, some would probably be considered ssbbws too. I'm coming from a perspective of someone who's wrestled women who want to wrestle, so it may not be true for ALL bigger women, but they've all been strong, some have been extremely strong. Most don't realize simply having to walk around with a 300-400lbs body makes them strong by default. I'm 220 and strong, but I couldn't get far if you strapped 150lbs to me and made me walk round/sit up/sit down. Generally speaking their legs are always strong - upper body, it can go both ways depending on various factors. I'm not sure about women like that boxing or doing MMA. Or even submission wrestling. Due to lack of stamina mostly. Pin wrestling is the ultimate form that bbws will dominate in, it's just impossible for average to big sized guys to match up to a 300-400lb woman in that scenario without getting flattened. maybejames and BlubberyGut
extra_m13
there has to be some type of strenght for sure but.... measuring by bode fat percetnage, i would bet againt the strong argument unless they really hit the gym often and hard
Curvage Model Devi Thikk CLIPS Posted September 13 Curvage Model Share Posted September 13 I'm strong enough to keep a partner pinned down on the bed now. When I was skinny there was no way. That had to count for something. 🤷🏽♀️ maybejames

BlubberyGut
A muscular 250lb man is going to be stronger pound for pound than a 250lb bbw. But overall a woman with a big weight advantage over you is probably going to overpower you in any form of strength contest If a 175lb man wanted to be as strong as a 300lb woman he’d probably have to work out pretty hardcore for a long time. While the 300lb woman could probably casually lift things (like a 230lb person) without even really working out. While a 175lb man would have to really build up to do the same thing. maybejames
thatguest
Fat doesn't mean strength, but in a way it can make you more powerful. When I was athletic I did weights and was strong. I stopped most exercise when I decided to gain weight. I got fat, but also weaker. Since getting back into the weights I'm lifting around the same as I used to, but simply having so much more bulk by the way of fat means that I'm more powerful, harder to move etc.
Drum2
Id say a 300 pound woman is strongre than a 120 pound woman. Carrying the weight means you need some stregnth. In terms of lifitng weights I have no idea.
