S77 Posted March 11, 2023 Share Posted March 11, 2023 HI We have noticed that in some cases any sort of proxy or vpn setting can cause potentially cause download issues. It if you're having trouble and you're using a VPN, please turn it off. Also check your browser for any built in proxy settings and turn them off.
