Ive noticed that as well. Her dresses are starting to look like maternity dresses. Maybe shes gotten to the point that that is the only thing she finds comfortable? I have a friend with a rather large belly that will only wear maternity dresses then complain that she looks pregnant. If she is Im happy for her. Ive never seen Lana smile so much and she seems like such a wonderful person overall.

Believe it or not some extra weight can do that for some people.

 

And some people age quite a bit when they lose weight. Look at Adele for a good example.
