secretchunky Posted January 5, 2023 Share Posted January 5, 2023 Hello everyone I have recently noticed that throughout the last two years I have gained about 40 pounds by accident. I moved in with my fiancé and remote working did probably not help the situation. Lately I have been noticing more and more how my thighs start rubbing, I have to size up in everything I buy and I pictured my arms look huge and I developed a slight double chin. Also my belly has gotten very doughy which it never used to be. A couple days ago I tried on all my skirts and realized nostrifizier them are now too short in die he back because my weigh has also gone to my butt. I have always been very athletic and lean so I do struggle with the fact that these times seem to be changing. The pandemic did make me a little lazy though and sitting on the couch whilst eating not so healthy meals is probably why my weight has gone up significantly.
