Hello everyone, my biggest hobby is baking and I would like to share with you some of my sweet recipes. I would also like to know yours and make this place an international library of pastry recipes.

To start with I am going to share with you my favorite recipe, the tiramisù (Sorry for my english but i hope you understand well):

INGREDIENTS:

5 eggs

120 gr. sugar

500 gr. mascarpone

1 big package of Savoiardi biscuits

soluble coffee

Cocoa

PREPARATION:

- Separate the albumens from the eggs yolks

- In a big terrine beat the eggs yolks with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and mix all together until you obtain a cream

- In another big terrine beat until stiff the albumens (notice: you have to clean the blades of the mixer if you use the same for the previous preparation with the eggs yolks!)

Add the stiff albumens to the previous cream, with finesse! Because you have to not

dismantle the stiff albumens

Prepare a big cup of soluble coffee. Then make it cool down in a soup plate

Quickly immerse the biscuits in the coffee and with them upholster the base of a oven pan (perfect if the oven pan is rectangular)

- Cover the first layer of biscuits with about half of the cream you have prepared, then

make another layer of biscuits and covered again with the remaining cream

Spray some cocoa on the top with a small colander

- Put it in the fridge for an hour and...buon appetito! (the best thing is to prepare it in the morning and eat it in the evening, or in the evening and ate it the day after!)
