Transaction Issues and Approval Waiting

I attempted to purchase some clips yesterday and was told a few hours later that the payment failed. I tried once again and have waited over 24 hours for any update on the new purchase. I paid a second time and am now concerned that I will not be refunded for the first attempted purchase, nor the second attempt if the transaction fails.

HI,

We are not running some shady operation. Nobody has money stolen from them here. What you see are "holds" not charges. Either the payment will be approved and you will get the clip, or the transaction will be voided and the hold dropped.

Most transactions are instant. Only a small few are held for review if anything about the purchase attempt appears suspicious.
