Curvage Model LunaxBat CLIPS Posted July 18, 2022 Curvage Model Share Posted July 18, 2022 I'm looking for new recipes to add to my meal plan for gaining. Any suggestions? I really enjoy Korean, Japanese, and French foods the most, but eating is always more fun when there is a nice variety to add to the spread. I'd like to gain a cup size and at least 10 inches to my hips/butt by this time next summer. Today's lunch shall be ramen and sushi. Curvage Model LunaxBat CLIPS Posted July 20, 2022 Author Curvage Model Share Posted July 20, 2022 Any food suggestions that are great for plumping the skin and increasing collagen production? We all know that true beauty comes from with in and starts from within. So far I know that soy is great for keeping the girls 🍒 nice and perky, as well as cucumbers 🥒, blueberries 🫐, watermelon 🍉, salmon 🍣 and green tea 🍵. Good oils and high antioxidants seems to be a theme.
