At least 5 times a week. Apart from al the double meals and snacks I eat.

I wonder if it's possible to have anything more than 10.000 calories in one shake?

Does my body will take up all the extra calories?

Or is it better to spread it out like this: 5 times a week 10.000 calories?

I think you are quite right! Because that is exactly where I grew the most fat the last 4 weeks since I started my weight gain journey:

On the first place: my belly

On the second place: my hips/side parts of my ass

Additional calories in can never be a bad thing 😜 love that you are adding these in as well as all the additional snacks and meals.

I think it's good to spread it out a bit. You want to make sure that you enjoy your gaining journey as well and don't want having a shake to be a chore.

You'll be reaching your goal in no time!

I’ve heard from some people that they wish they had gained a little more slowly so that they could really savor the process and allow their bodies time to adjust to the new weight. But that’s really just personal preference. If you want to drink five 10,000 calorie shakes a week, all I can say is that is incredibly hot and I wish you good luck with your gain! If you keep that up, you should hit your weight gain goals really quickly! 

To answer your other question, though, I’ve read that most people can’t absorb more than around 7,000 calories per day, so drinking 10,000 calorie shakes on top of eating double meals and snacks will put you way over that. I’d say that unless you just love the feeling of being stuffed, you’re probably still going to reach your goals without doing both shakes and double meals every day.  

That’s just my personal opinion, though, I’m not a food scientist or anything haha.

Thank you so much for that information about the maximum amount of calories, do you have a link to that information?

I would love to see the research behind that, to verify if that is really the maximum amount of calories somebody can absorb a day.

Okay, this is slightly embarrassing because I went back and it turns out I misremembered the information completely haha 😅, so it’s a good thing you wanted to double check. So, what it actually is is that calories in different foods absorb differently, and it seems like processed food calories absorb more quickly than those in “healthy” foods. There apparently is no known upper limit (that I could find) for calorie absorption though things like intestine length, food composition, energy expenditure, and the gut microbiome all impact nutrient absorption, including how calories get used. 
So sorry for not double checking that before posting before.

Yes you are right, most important is that I enjoy my weight gain journey.
