I’ve heard from some people that they wish they had gained a little more slowly so that they could really savor the process and allow their bodies time to adjust to the new weight. But that’s really just personal preference. If you want to drink five 10,000 calorie shakes a week, all I can say is that is incredibly hot and I wish you good luck with your gain! If you keep that up, you should hit your weight gain goals really quickly! 

To answer your other question, though, I’ve read that most people can’t absorb more than around 7,000 calories per day, so drinking 10,000 calorie shakes on top of eating double meals and snacks will put you way over that. I’d say that unless you just love the feeling of being stuffed, you’re probably still going to reach your goals without doing both shakes and double meals every day.  

That’s just my personal opinion, though, I’m not a food scientist or anything haha.

Okay, this is slightly embarrassing because I went back and it turns out I misremembered the information completely haha 😅, so it’s a good thing you wanted to double check. So, what it actually is is that calories in different foods absorb differently, and it seems like processed food calories absorb more quickly than those in “healthy” foods. There apparently is no known upper limit (that I could find) for calorie absorption though things like intestine length, food composition, energy expenditure, and the gut microbiome all impact nutrient absorption, including how calories get used.

That sounds great! I weighed around 100 kg at one point, and I can confirm that it was a good weight that allowed me to eat quite a bit of food when I look back on it. 

If you want to become an SSBBW or even a USSBBW, what is your eventual dream weight goal? In your wildest dreams, how big are you?
