Studying feedism

Hi!

 

My name is Tijana and I am a student at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I am currently writing my thesis in Media and Communication. The purpose of my study is to gain more understanding of the feedism stories written and shared within the feedism community, and to provide more information on how these stories influence the community and its members. I would like to interview members of the feedism community, as they have the best knowledge of the stories and their contents, as well as their community.

Specifically, I am looking for individuals who are members of the platform Fantasy Feeder. For my study, I am solely focusing on the stories on Fantasy Feeder, however, I am also interested in members of Fantasy Feeder who are also members of other platforms related to feedism, such as this website. I am looking for a broad and extensive understanding of the feedism community and I am interested in your thoughts and opinions. There are no costs nor monetary compensations for your participation, I am only asking for your time. The interview will be held on Messenger (for usage of other messaging programs I am open for discussion). Your confidentiality and anonymity will be ensured. To ensure that you are suitable for participation in this research, please consider whether you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are above the age of 18;
• You are an author, reader, or both of the feedism stories on Fantasy Feeder;
• You have read at least three stories on Fantasy Feeder;
• You have interacted with (an)other member(s) of the feedism community on Fantasy Feeder in any kind of way (e.g. participating in a forum topic).

I happen to meet these criteria. Fantasy Feeder is actually a different kind of crowd compared to Curvage. While a lot of us (most of us?) have profiles on both, the sites are designed different enough to attract different audiences. For example, the stories on Fantasy Feeder are WAY more sexual than the ones here, and I think it’s because it severely limits each “chapter’s” length, which means there’s less opportunity to write anything more than a basic kink short story. Curvage has no limits on chapter length, which leaves room for actual character dialogue, longer descriptions, and such.
