I think they look great the way they are, and there's just something more appealing about a natural shape — they totally change and get an artificial roundness with implants. But if you're hoping for bigger breasts, I think you might be pleased with how big they're going to grow as you keep gaining. It seems like they've already plumped up a lot, and there's still a lot more to come!

I’ve had 3 breast surgeries going bigger each time, I think it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made but I also wanted implants since I knew that they existed. It’s a really big an important decision, I have visible scars, when I move my arms certain ways they look weird, they look pretty natural but there are always “tells” so you have to weigh out if that bothers you more than your current size. I don’t think you should do it unless you know without a shadow of a doubt that YOU absolutely want them. But I also wait a year before getting a tattoo, so I’m extra cautious but that’s part of the reason that I don’t have botched surgeries and shitty tattoos, but it has to be your decision.

It should always be a decision for yourself. What are you hoping to achieve? Projection? Cleavage? Better sex life? Increased income? Better self image? 

Personally I think you'd benefit from it. You're shallow breasted, almost retrousse. Some upper pole fullness and projection would look good.

It would also balance your tummy: I know we're all fetishists here, but personally passing the wall test (boobs touch wall before belly) looks best.

I often prefer natural curves, but honestly you just have to choose what make you the more confident, i think it's a really personal choice. If you want it, do it 🧡

On top of what others said, there’s other options too. I heard there’s an operation to move fat from one part of the body to another, which would probably make the boobs look and feel a little more “real.” Not sure how expensive it is.

I don't think you need them. If you want bigger breasts you can easily gain some weight.

But, as many said, it's your body.

It's better to just to gain naturally. If you want a "cheat code" to breast growth - start drinking copious amounts of *raw* milk. (If it's illegal in your state, at least get local organic stuff) And massage your chest regularly. Please trust me, the results may shock you. 

Also it goes without daying, but motherhood does very well for the chest too, wayyy more than any parasitic silicone.

Just whatever you do, do NOT butcher your body like a Frankenstein with surgeries!! DO NOT DO IT EVER! Cosmetic surgery was invented for the horrible disfiguration veterans of World War 1 - let's try to minimize such mockery of a practice that saved lives from unprecedented warfare. Embrace your natural DNA!

Against it. Personally I hate fake boobs, fake asses, etc. And small breasts can be very sexy, particularily next to a fat belly.

I have to add they're really not that small. What I call small breasts is when it's basically just the nipple on a minimal mound, and still those can be very sexy too. I think online people are not the right people to ask since the only breasts some have seen are fake silicon tits in porn.
